My Story

Last year, I completed a half marathon and reached my fundraising target for The Endometriosis Foundation. This year, I’m taking on an even bigger challenge by running my first full marathon.

I’ll be doing it alongside my amazing friend, Ellie, who has seen first-hand the reality of living with endometriosis—the pain, the uncertainty, and the impact it has had on my life.

After 10 years of scans, tests, misdiagnoses, and debilitating pain, I was finally diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis following laparoscopic surgery in 2023. Although there is still no cure, I’ve come a long way since then. Running a marathon is something I never thought my body would be capable of, making this challenge even more meaningful.

Together, we’re raising money for The Endometriosis Foundation to help fund education, support, and awareness for the 1 in 10 women in the UK living with this condition. We hope to inspire others, raise awareness, and remind anyone struggling that they are not alone.

If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, it will make a difference. And if you can’t donate, sharing this page and helping spread awareness means just as much. Thank you for your support💛
